I was born and raised in Virginia where my love for acting started. At the age of 15 I started attending acting classes where I was seen in a showcase and was casted in local theatrical plays.
I later joined the Army. During this time I started modeling for Wihelmina Modelogic Agency and started picking up television and commercial work. I went back to the stage for another theatrical production where I caught the eye of a casting director and received the lead in an independent film.
After doing 2 more indie films in Virginia, I moved to L.A. practed my craft doing indie and short films while attending and later graduating from the NewYork Film Academy.
